CILANEXT T is a combination therapy for hypertension that offers the dual benefits of vascular relaxation and renin-angiotensin system inhibition. This helps to achieve better blood pressure control while reducing the risk of cardiovascular events.

COMPOSITION:

• Cilnidipine 10 mg + Telmisartan 40 mg

MODE OF ACTION:

• Cilnidipine blocks L-type and N-type calcium channels to induce vasodilation.
• Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and sodium retention, thereby lowering blood pressure.

INDICATIONS:

• Management of essential hypertension.
• Patients require combination therapy for effective blood pressure control.

DOSAGE:

• Recommended dose: 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the medical practitioner.
